Chromatism calibration between lens in low light environment
When using Pro 200 Beta firmware to shoot and go live, the image color of different lens might be different.

example of chromatism between different lens
If you come across this problem, you can solve by following the instructions below:
1. Update your camera firmware to 201 or higher version.
2. Connect the camera via WiFi on App(1.1.1) or higher version or on PC (1.3.1). Turn off the indicator light in camera setting, or set "LED" as "OFF" in the camera menu.
3. Enter 'Low light chromatism calibration' in camera setting.
4. Then, put Pro in suitcase or box to keep it away from any light. Please make sure you see total black in preview, then click the calibration button below and wait for the calibration.

5. The calibration will complete in 2 min. If the calibration succeed, color deviation of different screen can be corrected. If the calibration fails, please check whether the Pro is kept away from light and try again.
Pro Storage Card Requirement and Suggestions
The requirement and choice for Pro Storage card are as below:
The camera supports UHS-I SD card with video speed class of V30. SanDisk SD (link for purchase from Jingdong Mall: https://item.jd.com/530218.htm...and link for purchase from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01K... ) is recommended, and the card format should be exFat. Please use card of over 64G storage. There is no upper limit to the storage capacity of the card.

It is also recommended you use SD card with "Extreme PRO" instead of the golden card on the left.
The video speed class is of the latest standard issued by the SD card association, and the speed standard is as shown in the figure:
- The camera also supports to use SSD mobile hard drive of USB 3.0 or higher speed. The file format is recommended as exFat, and there is no limit to the storage capacity. (link for purchase from Jingdong Mall: https://item.jd.com/4718623.ht...and link for purchase from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A... )
- When the mobile hard disk and SD card are used at the same time, the shot content will be preferentially stored into the former by default.
- When the user connects a new storage device, the camera will prompt for speed testing upon first video recording. The video recording may proceed smoothly only when the tested speed meet the standard. The user can also access the storage function in the camera setting, and manually test the speed of a storage device.

How to format SD card or hard drive with camera?
This function needs firmware v200 or higher version.

Notice: After formatting with Firmware 200 Beta, you must plug in and unplug the storage device for normal use. With Firmware 201 or above, you can directly use the storage device after it is formatted without plugging in and unplugging.
Firmware Upgrade/Rollback Tutorial
How to downgrade firmware?
If you want to degrade from Beta firmware to the lower version firmware, follow the steps as below:
Firstly, please unlock the camera's firmware degrade limit.
Use the Pro PC of 1.3.0 version or above to connect to the current camera.

Repair Video's Frame Rate Difference on Third Party Softwares with Stitcher
When using third-party software to stitch videos , what can I do when notice pop up prompting the failure to stitch due to different frame rate? Import videos to Stitcher, fix and right to fix videos' frame rate.
Each set of videos consist of original mp4 videos shot by six fisheye lenses of Pro. Apart from using Insta360 Stitcher, you can also stitch these videos with software such as AutoPano Video, VideoStitch and MistikaVR.
However, when using these software, sometimes notice will pop up, prompting that the framerate of original videos to be stitched are inconsistent, which cannot be stitched together.
About the reasons, old version firmware of Pro might have the problem of producing inaccurate video timestamps during recording, which might cause inconsistency of framerate of different original videos (Actually, the video data is all complete).
To solve the problems, you can import the folder of the original videos you shot into insta360 Stitcher. Right-click the folder and select the frame rate fixing function. This function can fix and inaccurate timestamps to make sure the frame rate of original videos are consistent. Also, the original image quality won't be affected.
Once the fixing completed, export the new video materials and import them into the third-party stitching software and they can now be stitched.
Requirements on Computer Configuration to Run Stitcher
What computer configuration can run Stitcher's stitching function smoothly?
According to Stitcher's requirements for hardware coding and decoding ability, it is recommended to use computers meeting the following standards:
CPU: CPU for i7 6700K or higher performance
Memory: 8GB or larger
Graphics card: GTX980 or graphics card of higher performance such as NVIDIA, AMD graphics card
Hard disk: it is recommended to use a solid state drive
Operating system: it is recommended to use Windows 8, OSX 10.10 or higher system
For computers with configuration lower than the above standards, they can run the software but might encounter some problems. Try to use a computer that reaches the above standards.
Super Resolution Photo Stitching
The Insta360 Pro can now produce 12K images using the burst function in 8K resolution. This function was developed to enhance the quality of still shooting. For best results, please use this function in a setting where movement is limited. This will diminish the possibility of moving objects creating undesirable stitching effects or shadows.
Steps:
(1) Place the selected still burst photos in to Insta360 Stitcher. The "Super Resolution" option will appear in the sidebar on the right.
(2) After the selection confirmation, the original highest 8K resolution will increase by two grades, 8.2K for the best GearVR effect and another 12K. The default SR is 8.2K.
(3) Save the intended value in "super resolution setting". Create a task to export (original photos being the 8K bursts), and one 12K resolution photo will be produced.
Compared to the 8K original image on the left, the 12K super resolution image on the right show details with greater sharpness. This viewing perspective is close to that users see in headset.
With the image enlarged and the resolution boost to 700%, the 8K image on the left appear the mosaic phenomenon, while the 12K super resolution image on the right still retains clear with sharpness despite being zoomed in.
Tips: To attain the best super resolution image results, please make sure photos be taken in stationary. The more static the camera stays during shooting, the more clear the image will be. It has been proved that photo shot in an environment with minimal interruptive movement will achieve great image quality.

Zenith Optimization
To correct the image with stitching gap in the top, you can use the zenith optimization function during preview in Stitcher.
To explain in details, this is a new function added to Stitcher.
When previewing the outcome stitching effect, you can turn on the zenith optimization function to optimize the stitching effect in the top. This is especially useful for images with obvious stitching gap in the top.
Let's take a look at the effect:
